When I visited Hong Kong, I stayed at Pullman’s Park Lane hotel located on the Hong Kong side overlooking the Kowloon side. At the top of Pullman’s hotel they have their rooftop bar called Skye, which has has a magic view and an incredibly long wine list that makes it difficult to choose which wine you want. Their rooftop bar is best to visit in the afternoon or in the evening due to the bar is lit up by neon lights.

If you’re on the Hong Kong side, I definitely think it’s worth coming to Pullman’s hotel rooftop bar, Skye. You don’t have to stay at the hotel to come to the rooftop bar which is good. Take a taxi or the subway to the station “Causeway Bay” and you will have the hotel right up from the station.
